I'm looking for a new flatmate to share my home with me and my 2yr old cocker spaniel.

This traditional, top floor, tenement flat is on one of the first streets as you come in to Dennistoun from the city, so really handy for town, Strathclyde Uni, the Royal and travelling east/west on the M8. It's a corner flat, in a close with only 2 floors, with lots of space and a very well kept, bicycle-friendly, close, tidy communal garden and free on-street parking. The flat has central heating, double glazing and walk-in shower.

I enjoy being around easy-going and tidy folks, travelling, cooking for friends and a bit of at home yoga. I enjoy weekends in or out of the city and personally stick to veggie/vegan meals but you can cook what you like! Looking for folk who are clean and respectful. Dog lovers welcome!

Things to keep in mind - I have a very friendly and affectionate dog 🐶 who barks from time to time at noises outside. She’ll likely be very excited to greet you when you arrive home. She’ll probably bark each time you come in the front door and each time we get deliveries :) - because of this, I unfortunately can’t rent to shift workers or folks who frequently stay out to the early hours.

All bills included except gas and electricity. You can expect to pay an additional ~£50 per month for energy costs during colder months.

I work full-time during the week, working from home / a few days at the office. It would be great if you also have a structured week and generally wind-down before the wee hours on weekdays.
