Double room for rent (female)

Hey! My flatmate is moving out and im looking for a new flatmate. It is a two bedroom flat with shared bathroom kichen and living room. It is next to bellgrove train station, bakers, corner shops and a lidl and morrison in walking distance!
Flat is 280 pound a month and 50 /60 a month for bills (council tax and tv licence not included in the amount). The flat will be available from the 17th march (could be sooner). The flat is through an agent and would be a minimum 6 months contract.
I am 23 and currently in my final year of uni, im studying molecular biology, i have a keen interest in science. I enjoy going out to the cinema and a glass of wine and chilling.
I am looking for preferably a female flatmate to share with. Looking for someone who is up for a rum or two but not a party flat.
