Double Room in a lovely flat (will be furnished)

I just moved into a flat last Friday and looking for a flatmate for the second bedroom. The flat is situated on Alexandra Parade, opposite the park. It has just been renovated and is still unfurnished but I have a lot of nice furniture that will be arriving soon and will be buying new pieces for the room for rent. The flat will look cosy when furniture arrives. Flat is bright (although photos look a bit dark)

There is a large shared sitting room (with bay window), separate spacious kitchen and two box rooms. Bathroom with a shower over the bath. High ceilings. The bedroom for rent is also good size, windows face the garden so it’s quiet (on photos its the one next to the kitchen).
CT-A, GSH, broadband (will be installed soon). Flat is spacious and has a nice feel. No wooden floors (sorry!) but a brand new nice carpet.

3 min walk to the swimming pool!! 2 min to train station (but can’t hear trains at the flat)

I am looking for someone ideally for about 6-8 months but longer term will be considered.
I am easy going and reasonably tidy. I enjoy my own space but like to watch movies and share some food with flatmate somedays. Not a party flat but friends of flatmates welcome to come for food/movies/visits. Looking for someone who is easygoing and house trained.

Price is £225 per calendar month plus share of bills (CT/gas/electricity/broadband - probably around £110/ per person) Students interested in renting this room will need to share CT (although it's less then a working persona pays) as not students only flat so not totally exempt.

Off street parking available downstairs and on nearby streets.
