East end flat close to Royal and Strathclyde Uni

Large double room available in Dennistoun. Room is furnished with double bed, shelves, chest of drawers and a small sofa. Living room and kitchen fully furnished and with plenty of equipment. Easy access to city centre using 38 or 41 bus, train link available at Alexandra Parade Station.
Ideally looking for a professional so I'm not paying council tax on my own, half of additional bills total is £112 (includes council tax, tv license, broadband and gas/electric) Ideally someone relatively clean and tidy and not too offended by the retro wallpaper in the living room (obviously I did not choose it!)
I'm pretty chilled out and quiet, I spend most of my time when I'm not at work watching Netflix and being lazy or baking cakes.
