My flatmate recently moved out to live with his girlfriend. I am looking for someone to split the bill with. The flat is on the top floor of a corner building. High ceilings and central heating.
The rent is really cheap and to be honest it is quite a steal. Lots of shops and amenities close by (restaurants, pubs, barbers, electricians, etc). Close to the city centre - 20 mins walking distance but there are bus stops very close to the flat so it is great for commuting.
I am a recent graduate and have just started my first 'grown-up' job. I'm really easy going and like to keep the place tidy. I'm also looking for someone to move in ASAP.
