I have a Double bedroom available at the beginning of April in my current 2 bed flat. My flatmate is currently studying and will be moving out then. Professional preferred due to council tax but student welcome if willing to pay towards the council tax.
£420 includes - rent, council tax, gas+electric (may be higher in winter period) and sky broadband.
The flat is lovely and spacious with high ceilings.
It is situated just off of Duke Street and has great connections to the train station, bus route to Glasgow and Motorway.
The Forge retail park is only 5 mins walk away and The Forge shopping centre is only 15 mins walk away.
Great for any young professional who is looking to move closer to the city or move away from the hustle and bustle ( Like I did ).
Some of the furniture in the room photo is my current flatmates but the room will come with a double bed+mattress, set of draws, bedside draws and wardrobe.
I have stocked the kitchen with utensils, plates/bowl and cutlery so this is also sorted for you. I Love DIY and refurbing furniture so currently trying to make to flat nicer and cosier, I have replaced the old couches that came with the flat and replaced it with one that is super homely. I adore cooking and would be nice to have a flatmate to share a gin or wine with in the evenings.
I work Monday to Friday and can be away some weekends.
I am a building developer so can be super busy but really easy to live with if you are willing to help clean, keep the flat looking good,
not into wild parties and like to have a chit chat every now and then😊
The street is off the main road and has plenty on-street parking if you drive.
The move in date would be the 1st/2nd of April and the deposit would need to be paid just before this date - £395
