We are looking for 1 responsible female flatmate to share this lovely flat in Dennistoun, the room is furnished. The flat has two bedrooms and a spacious living room, separate modern kitchen and bathroom, it has double glazed windows with central heating.

You will be sharing it with a very friendly girl who goes to university full time.

It is 20 min walk to city centret, University of Strathclyde, and Royal infirmary. Easy access to all shops and restaurants in Dennistoun and Alexandra Parade.

Alexandra Parade Park and two train stations on different lines are right at door step.

Council tax is Band B with 25% discount, or exempted if you are student too. Winter month Utility bill is around £64 for the whole flat, and around £45 in summer, to be shared between 2 flatmates. Internet is about £15 per person.
