Room to rent, quiet rural area

I have a double room to rent sharing the rest of the bungalow which is in quiet rural area and has its own gated driveway. The bungalow is recently refurbished and is nice and cosy and has plenty of parking space in a secure area.
I am looking for short term for two months initially then it will be available for 8 months next year April to November inclusive.

You would need to be a dog lover as you would also share with my two friendly dogs.

I am looking for a professional person and with the M74 5 minute drive away it is ideal for commuting. Price includes Community Charge and a separate arrangement can be made for breakfast and home cooked evening meals if required.
