Hello. I am renting a room with a double bed in my flat in Drumry, G15 area, few steps from the train and bus stations.
Write to me privately if you want to arrange a viewing, tell me about yourself, what you do and flatsharing experiences. References from other landlords are appreciated but not mandatory. Some restrictions: no couples, smokers, pets, big parties or sofa surfers.
The flat has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a big shower, two closets and a large balcony with a spectacular view at any time with any weather.
The laminate floors were added a year ago, the windows are double glazed and the house keeps warm even without turning on the heating. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, it has newly purchased microwave and washing machine. Instead of a dining table I have an extendable console with multiple levels, brought from Milan, useful for better managing the space and versatile for multiple functions.
The location is perfectly connected to the West End, the city center and also Clydebank (which is a twenty minute walk away). It is also located in between of three shopping centres (Drumchapel, Great Western Road and Clydebank) without being affected by their traffic. If you have a car, it is also easy to find parking.
If you love nature, you may spot many animals passing by, including deer, and the area offers many ways of hillwalking.
The rent includes the broadband and energy bills up to £70, you may be charged if the bill exceeds this amount. (EPC rate is band B)
Council tax band A it will be split in half with me.

I am the living landlord. I work hybrid between home and office and I have my family in Paisley that I often visit. In the free time I do archery, life drawing and hill walking or cycling.
