Double Room

Double room for rent in a 2 bedroom house, with private garden. Full access to living room, shared bathroom (electric shower) and kitchen.

The bed can be a single or double depending on how much space you want.

The room doesn’t have a wardrobe, only chest of drawers and two drawers under the bed. So you would need to add a clothing rail or extra furniture if you need extra storage. The current person has a desk and clothing rail.

You’ll be sharing with me, a 28 year old female, that works shifts. I will be working Monday to Friday from April.

I also keep myself busy with bootcamp and love to travel. So you will have the house to yourself often.

Theres on street parking.

The rent includes council tax and Broadband, but gas/electric will be split evenly. I have a smart meter so we can split the cost depending on the month. I would budget at least £50-80 for that depending on the season.
