Double room in lovely quiet flat with balcony

The flat is situated at the edge of a forest so is quiet. There is a large balcony looking into forest. I am a full time Drama teacher so work 4 days a week. I have a little friendly dog that is no bother. I like to watch good films, listen to music and write. I have travelled a lot and have a campervan that I go away in frequently. I like to meet people but I am also very private and would expect the same from you.
You will have the use of the flat which includes a large living room with a dining area and balcony. There is a fully functioning kitchen and bathroom with shower. Your room is a double and there is a bed available which is new. Anything else we can work out between us. Council tax is included. I am sorting room as we speak.
There are bus and train services near by.
