Spare room in two bed house

Double room for rent in a 2 bedroom house, with private garden. Full access to living room, shared bathroom (electric shower) and kitchen.

The bed can be a single or double depending on how much space you want.

The room doesn’t have a wardrobe, only chest of drawers, two drawers under the bed and a clothing rail. So you would need to add extra furniture if you need extra storage.

You’ll be sharing with me, a 30 year old female, that works shifts. I will soon be moving to Monday to Friday working.

I also keep myself busy with bootcamp and I stay with my bf when not working, So you will have the house to yourself.

Theres on street parking.

The rent does not include council tax which we will split. I have a smart meter so we can split the cost depending on the month. I would budget at least £60 for gas/electric per month. I pay for wifi and TV subscriptions.

Room will be available from the 28th of July when my current housemate moves out.
