We have two recently decorated double rooms available in a spacious, smoke-free home shared with two friendly occupants (one student and one professional landlord), plus a well-behaved dog and cat.

* Built-in wardrobe
* Standing/sitting electric desk with chair and lamp
* Single set of bedding and towels available if needed

Please note: rooms are not ensuite but shared facilities are available.

🛁 Shared Facilities:
*Spacious shared bathroom with bath and toilet
*Additional shower room with toilet
*Large living and dining space
*Fully equipped kitchen with extras including an air fryer, bread maker & rice cooker
*Laundry facilities provided
*Cleaning tools and equipment available for use

💷 Bills & Costs:
*Rent includes standard bills: gas, electricity, and broadband etc.
*Excludes food and services – tenants are responsible for their own meals, cleaning their space, and doing their own laundry
*Shared spaces are a shared cleaning responsibility

Couples considered depending on room fulfilment, with a £100/month supplement

*Respect for quiet hours (especially between 9am–5pm) is appreciated, as the live-in landlord works from home
*Students welcome
*Pets considered on a case-by-case basis
*Preferred longer term lets, but will consider 3month lets and above.
