Fully equipped kitchen with extras including an air fryer, breadmaker & rice cooker

Rent includes bills: gas, electricity, and broadband

Excludes food and services – tenants are responsible for their own meals, cleaning their space, and doing their own laundry as well as assisting in cleaning shared spaces.

Shared spaces are a shared cleaning responsibility

📅 Availability & Other Info:

Available from 1st November and minimum initial 3 months required afterwards is a monthly rolling rental.

Respect for quiet hours (especially between 9am–5pm) is appreciated, as the live-in landlord works from home
