Flat share/Double room

I have a room to rent for £50. Flat share also of course, I will be away 6 months of every year so you more or less have a flat to yourself for half of the year for 50 pounds which is damn good :) It is in a very nice quiet area, just of the main road with good rail and bus links, on of the biggest shopping centres just 10 minutes walk and all you need to in close range also only 15 minute drive to the Glasgow city centre. The flat is about to undergo some modernisation, not to much to disturb any occupants just some fresh paint and carpet.
