Room For Rent In Spacious Flat

Small double bedroom available immediately. You will have a massive bathroom to share with the other tenant and use of living area, kitchen and utility room. The room itself isn't particularly big but it's comfortable and well kept with a very comfy bed that is brand new.

My flat is literally a 30 second walk (maybe even less) to the train station and bus stop. Train is 25 minutes into Glasgow City Centre. I am located directly across from Hairmyres hospital. There is a lidl, greggs, chippy, cafe, pet shop, pharmacy, dentist, Pizza Hut, Tony macaroni all within walking distance of the flat. Maybe about 3/4 minutes walk. There is a small shop by the train station also.

If you have a car there is parking available and a shopping centre about 5 min drive. There is a petrol station, Aldi and McDonalds within a 3/4 minute drive.

All bills included. I am looking for a young professional who is clean and tidy and willing to chip in with the household chores and is respectful of others. I enjoy an active lifestyle and respectful of other peoples space. It would be ideal if you had a 9-5 job as it ties in with us.

We're both happy to share with either males or females.

You will be sharing with myself and my Flatmate Deirdre who is 25. We're both chatty and relaxed. We both work Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30 and would like to live with someone with a similar work pattern.
