Hi, I'm Will, 33, a professional looking for someone to rent a room in my home. I'm an easy going and friendly guy offering a great spacious double room with built-in wardrobe with solo use of a bathroom/shower. It's a new house with all conveniences ie washer/drier, dishwasher, fibre broadband and there's a double drive for parking if you've got a car. Storage not a problem as there's a garage for storing a bike etc. There is a garden which has a fab hot-tub which can be used all year round!

The house is located in a new development in Gartcosh, north east of Glasgow City centre, a 15 min drive away. Easy access to Glasgow Fort shopping centre with a great variety of shops, restaurants, gyms and supermarkets.

Good transport links as on a bus route and Gartcosh train station a 5 minute walk away giving access to Glasgow and Edinburgh. Very close to M73 and on to M8/M74 and M80.

I'm looking for a housemate and I'm sure they will enjoy what the house has to offer and I look to them to respect my house in return.

These are Full-Time Monday to Sunday rooms.
