Hi

I am 36 years old female professional. I work office hours and have a primary school aged son and a chocolate labrador. References will be essential. I bought this home in August, it needed full renovation. Good news is most of it is done/new but there is still work to get done.

The house is set in a lovely 15 year old sought after estate in a semi-final location. Driveway is long - setting it back from the road making it quute peaceful. Driveway can accommodate several cars. There is easy access to motorway M73 the closest but within 5 minutes also connecting to M8 and M74 and M80! Gartcosh railway is 5-10 minutes walk too and it connects you to a variety of places including Glasgow QS, Edinburgh, Falkirk and Cumbernauld. The Fort retail park is along the road to meet your food, leisure and retail needs. Also Showcase cinema, bowling etc also close. Drumpellier country park is a 25 minute walk. If you look on the map, you'll see almost half a dozen lochs scattered nearby. There is open fields/the Wetlands for anyone quite adventurous!

Price can be less if for less than full week (ie Mon to Fri). Price a little more for working from home.

I can offer either the double room with ensuite (to be replaced in July) at £515pcm until upgrade then £550pcm for a single person or £675pcm for couple. Double room has quality double bed and mattress, built with storage underneath and built in wardrobes, drawer and bedside units.

Single room is £440pcm. This room has single IKEA Brimnes bed (converts to king size). Two single IKEA mattresses and a large sliding mirrorered wardrobe with internal shelving.

DEPOSIT = normal rent
+ rent upfront
ie £1100 for double w ensuite or £900 for single.

Livingroom with a TV/fire custom built in and real wood floor.

Newly fitted kitchen/diner. Instant hot water tap, double oven (if you like to cook!), integrated dishwasher (if you don't like dishes), breakfast bar and smart TV.

The patio doors open up to garden with a lovely adjacent (north) an area of trees. The garden is a great size with patio area and patio tables. I hope to get some work done out there this summer and be nice if you interested in that sort of thing.

There is a second lounge that currently has a quality leather sofa that converts to a bed. There is a Reebok treadmill in there and son's projector and PS4 connected up.

There is a bathroom downstairs (yet to be upgraded) and a brand new family bathroom upstairs.

Ideally looking for someone who accepting of the needs of young child ie not always the tidy, noise but he is well behaved and has a decent routine. It is a home, so hopefully the person would be sociable, warm and friendly. Maybe even share common interests. I am open to different situations but please be aware I will want to do a thorough vetting before agreeing the let.
