Fully furnished double bedroom, you will have sole use of the ensuite shower room and shared use of the main bathroom. The room is in a bright, modern detached house in Gartloch Village near Gartcosh. You’ll have a double ottoman bed, fitted wardrobe and plenty of storage. The house has a large open plan kitchen diner, a cosy living room and a sunny south-facing back garden, ideal for catching a few rays on a summer afternoon! There’s plenty of free parking just outside the house and I have a 2-car driveway.
Gartloch Village is a peaceful estate in the grounds of the old Gartloch Hospital, surrounded by nature and wildlife (I’ve spotted deer roaming the estate in the early hours), but only a few minutes away from Glasgow Fort which has a fantastic selection of shops and restaurants. It has very good transport links, being convenient for the M8, M73 and M74.
I work 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday, working from home 1 or 2 days per week, I’m sociable, respectful and tidy and am looking for someone likeminded.
