Spacious double room for rent with flexible terms. Shared bathroom and kitchen and living room with all bills included. Large garden with access to 7 lochs wetland walks. Off road parking and public transport within walking distance. 5 minutes drive from a shopping centre with a mix of shops and supermarkets. Happy to consider offering breakfast for an additional charge. 6 months is maximum let, 1 night is minimum. Looking for professional person who is happy being around dogs…I have one who is very friendly. Strictly no smoking house with a shoes off policy.
