This lovely two bedrom flat is located in Giffnock. Very close to Railway station and Grocery store(lidl) and easy rail connectivity to Glasgow,
The room itself has recently had new double glazed windows put in so its nice and quiet if you need to work from home. The room will come semi furnished, while the rest of the flat will be fully furnished (lounge/kitchen etc).
You'll be living with me, a professional male who works two days from home and three days in the office. So I would prefer somebody who is mindful of this. I am very tidy and respectful of peoples alone time but also love to socialise here and there too.
Bills and internet would roughly be £50 and Council tax £95.50.
