I have a lovely and freshly decorated room in a quiet conservation area (Westerton); near to Great Western Road and 15 mins from West End.

The room has central heating; cable TV, bedroom furniture and wifi. There is also constant hot water.

The house has a garden and patio, parking, constant hot water and is serviced by excellent transport in particular the train.

No deposit required only 4 weeks' rent payable in advance.

All bills are included with the exception of the land line phone. The house is kept warm in the Winter.

The house is occupied by myself and my wee cairn terrier (well behaved). My daughter is at University in London and comes home occasionally.
