> 5 minutes walk to the Forge shopping centre (ASDA), Forge Retail park, Emirates Arena, and the Commonwealth village.
> Quiet cul de sac. Ideal for remote working.

> Room has ITS OWN KEYS for added peace of mind.
> Dressing table with lights

* You will have only one flatmate who also have their own separate bathroom*
Looking for someone who is clean, tidy & cooperative.
