We are looking for a flatmate to sublet a room in our flat for the months of July and August. The room is bright, nicely furnished and shares a large bathroom with one other person.
The flat is large with a shared living room and kitchen. It is close to all amenities and situated in a really nice area close to parks, public transport etc. About 40 min walk to city centre, 20 mins by bike, subway or train.
We are looking to find someone who is sociable but independent, tidy and respectful of the communal areas.
We are both easy-going professionals working in Glasgow. We like to cook, have people round occasionally etc.
Rent is 260 + 60 council tax + 30 bills
