Bright double room for rent

Hello potential flatmates!

I have a double room for rent in the Gorbals, which is a nice, quiet neighbourhood. The flat is close to the city center (about 10-15 minutes to St Enoch), Strathclyde uni (20 min walk) and has 2 double bedrooms and shared bathroom, living room and separate kitchen, as well as plenty of storage.

The room is decent sized, has a double bed, wardrobe and shelves and there's also a desk for you in the living room (where I also have my desk).

Rent is £300 per calendar month plus bills, about £50 per person. Happy to organise this as a bills included deal or separate -- up to you! Council tax is not included as I'm a PhD student and will not be paying it, so looking for another student to join me! Move in date is flexible from the start of September when my current flatmate is moving out.

I'm friendly, clean and tidy :) I respect anyone's privacy and enjoy time to myself, as well as a hang out on the couch (got 2 of those and a TV!). I'm not big on parties and prefer smaller get togethers over wine and games.
