Single room in warm flat Cessnock

The single room is situtated within a tenement flat, which is a 10 minute walk to the SEC, STV, BBC and Film City, Cessnock underground is 3 minutes. (There is working being done to the front of the building so there is scaffolding erected at the front, it does not impact on our flat which is to the back).

It is a quiet flat with 3 bedrooms, there is not a lounge. Currently, the other two rooms are occupied by males, both are working.

The room has a single bed, desk /dresser with chair and a double wardrobe. The window is east facing which catches the morning sun.

The kitchen and shower room is shared with another two people. The kitchen is spacious and has a dining area with table and chairs, it is fully furnished, with washing machine and pulley to dry clothes.

There is gas central heating in the flat, so there is constant hot water in the shower and kitchen.

All bills are included.
