Spacious New-Build Townhouse - 2x Rooms Available

I am moving into a bright and spacious new build town house on 28/09/2018 and have two lovely rooms to rent. I will update the photos once the flooring is finished!

The rooms can be fully/partly furnished or unfurnished if you'd prefer. As you'd be the first person to use your room, you can choose! The living room, kitchen and 2x bathroom are shared and all brand new!

All bills are included - gas/electric, TV license, council tax etc.

There are great transport links. The house is situated just off the M8 motorway if you need to drive to work. You can get the X19 bus into Glasgow City Centre - (bus stop is a few mins walk) or the 38 bus stops right outside the house. Personally, I cycle to work to Glasgow which takes 20-25 minutes.

Glasgow Fort Shopping Centre is also just 15 mins walk away or a <5 min drive.

I am a mechanical engineer working in Glasgow and also a part-time football referee.
