Looking for a student or professional to move into a single room in the Southside of Glasgow, (Mount Florida). Its a minutes walk to the train station so very easy to get into town for Uni/work etc.
Nice area, close to Shawlands where there is a lot of up and coming bars and restaurants.

I'm looking for someone who's quite chilled but also up for a laugh. Would be nice if they had an interest in music and/or art since this is what I do. I enjoy going out to bars, clubs, gigs and exhibitions. People are more than welcome to come over to the flat but as it is mostly professionals living in the building noise would have to be kept low on certain nights.

The rent is £426 and that includes all bills for the flat (Gas, Electricity, Broadband, Council tax). The flat has a TV with Netflix, catch-up etc.
