Kitchen with cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, kettle & air fryer. Bathroom with bath/shower – newly fitted suite 2017.
Rent will be £300, all bills included.
1month deposit due of £300 & 1 month rent £300 due upon commencement of 6month lease.
