Hi,

I’m Laura, I’m a quiet professional living near town, one train stop from Glasgow city centre and only a couple more to Partick so a good base for Strathclyde, Caledonian, and Glasgow University.

I own the flat and have been living here for five years. It's a double size bedroom on offer with a single bed that converts to double, fitted wardrobe, desk, and chair included.
All bills are included.

Glasgow Green is just round the corner and the centre of Glasgow is a 30 min walk, the bus stop is a 30 second away and the train is 5 mins away.

If you drive, there is street parking at the front and a car park at back of the flat with secure entry to the flat from both sides.

Nearby there are supermarkets, parks, gyms, and swimming pools, that you could walk to and public transport can take you there too. The flat has 2 bedrooms, so you would only be sharing with me, there is a shower room, and spacious living room and separate kitchen.

I'm a working professional and work from home 2 or 3 days, so factor that in as I'm looking for someone who isn't partying midweek.

Deposit and rent can be reviewed, for the right fit, just everything in flat is pretty new so want it to stay that way.
