Bright Attic Space in Southside family home

This room is at the top of our old town house in the Southside of Glasgow. It's fairly set apart from the rest of the house so offers privacy and comfort. We're close to the beautiful Queen's Park and have plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and take-outs within reach.

We're offering a bright large room with plenty of space for sleeping and relaxing. There is a double bed, as well as a sofa bed in the space. We don't provide a TV but there is Wifi. We make sure the room is tidy, clean and comfy and would ask it is left it in such a way. There is access to the washing machine (no dryer but hanging rail available).

The bathroom and kitchen are shared with the rest of the house and we make cupboard space available in both. We don’t own any pets and we’re a non-smoking household.

We would like to make our guests feel welcome in our home, but have created a room which allows us and our tenants to have our own spaces.

We're close to train station which takes you into the city centre in 12 minutes and are near to bus routes which can get you to most parts of the city. Plus, we are close-by to the city-wide bicycle scheme pick-up points, and there is free parking on our street.

- We have availability from April 2020
- We are currently only taking bookings from women (this includes couples)
- For stays that are less than a week we would charge a nightly rate of £25 p/n per person.

About us:
We're a family of four. Myself, my partner, and our two wee ones (toddler and baby). We have a busy life-style, with lots of work and a fair bit of socialising when we can fit it in. We strive for our house to be full of activity and creativity, whilst trying to keep it is as calm a house as is possible with two small people. We like to cook, we like to relax and we constantly have stuff that we need to get done that we never do!! We also speak French in our house.
