There is loads of free on street parking right outside the door and you are in walking distance of both Aldi and Lidl, the Co-op, and a 5 min drive to Tesco or Asda. 2 minutes will also get you onto the M74 in the morning.

Currently tenant is a young professional (male), out going and great for a chat, but also gets on happy to get on with his own thing. Flat is very clean and tidy and in a quiet close with nice neighbours.
