Double room with private bathroom available in Pollokshields 2 bedroom flat. 2 minute walk to Pollokshields East station, which is one stop from Glasgow Central. Bus stop right outside the building with several links to city centre. Lidl is about a 7 minute walk away, and KFC and McDonald's are a 5 minute walk away.

Shared living area with couches and TV, and huge windows overlooking the lovely Glasgow skyline, lots of natural light! Bedroom is fully furnished with bed, bedside table, lamp and wardrobe.

Rent is 425 pounds a month, payable to the letting agency, but with all bills included, the total cost per month comes to about 595 per month: this includes council tax, energy and wifi. Whoever moves in will have to go on the lease, so a deposit of 500 pounds will have to be paid, and references will need to be provided. The lease will be from December 29 - but the flat will be free a wee while before that so move in dates are flexible.

Who you'll be living with:
I'm a 22 year old young professional, I've been living and working in Glasgow since September, after moving over from Australia, so I'm pretty new to the city! Looking for someone laid back and tidy to share the flat with. I work full time so I'm not often in during the day, and tend to stay with my boyfriend a couple of nights a week, so you'll get the place to yourself a fair bit. Having said that, I'm always down for a pint and a chat and would love to live with someone who's the same :)
