Double bedroom with own bathroom and single bedroom as office / study space available in large modern end terrace house in Anniesland to share with live in landlord.

The double bedroom has a double bed with a brand-new mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Next door is the single bedroom which also doubles as an office / study space which you would have exclusive use of. There is desk and chair in the study also.

Your own bathroom with bath and shower are next door to the double bedroom. I use the en suite so you would have exclusive use of your own bathroom also.
The house is a three bedroom house with a downstairs toilet, living room and recently installed new kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, induction hob. All the usual kitchen appliances are available.

There is a front and a secure back garden with a secure shed for bikes.

The house has gas central heating, double glazing and there is plenty of on street parking in the quiet cul-de-sac.

The house is three minutes walk from the David Lloyd gym, the canal cycle path heading to the city centre is also just a few minutes away. It is a 10-15 minute walk to Anniesland or Westerton train stations with regular trains to the City Centre. There is an Aldi supermarket and Mark & Spencer Simply Food five minutes walk away. It is located close to the Clyde Tunnel with easy access to the Clydeside Expressway and M8. It is also within easy walking distance of Glasgow Uni vet school.

The rent includes all bills - Council tax, heating, electric, broadband (EE Fibre), TV licence, Netflix.

I am a 48 year old IT professional and work a 9-5 Monday to Friday. I am mostly vegetarian but you are welcome to eat whatever you prefer. I like open water swimming, running and the gym.

You should be a male or female professional or mature student who is respectful of the house and tidy.

You should bring ID and proof of where you work /study to the viewing. Letting is subject to checks and references.

The room is available immediately however it can be held until January with the deposit if you prefer to move in the New Year.

Pets are acceptable but I really mean cats or dogs that are well house trained. Might be an idea to bring the pet if you are arranging a viewing.
