Room to rent, Maryhill

looking for a friendly flatmate to join me in this 2 bedroom flat in maryhill.
fully furnished flat, currently bedroom has a single bed but can be replaced with a double if necessary, bedroom with fitted wardrobes, own bathroom, open plan kitchen living room with sky tv and balcony with view over the whole city.
big tesco supermarket 5 minutes away, easy bus links into town (60/61 bus every few minutes), easy walk to kelvin walkway/down to the botanics.
rent is £350, gas and electric £30 (although can be reduced depending on usage during summer etc), tv and internet £22.
the way my lease works is i can’t just sublet to someone, so you would have to sign the contract - it still means you can leave whenever you need to, just means you’re protected by the terms of the lease the same as me. some people are really put off by this but it’s literally just signing a bit of paper so they can give you the keys hahah
preferably looking for a non-student for council tax reasons, however if a student is really interested im sure we can work something out. also unfortunately it is not available to couples.
