Double room for rent

Hello!

I have a spacious room to rent.
Preferably for a mature student or young professional.

The flat is located in a quiet area within the heart of Glasgow Green which is only 15mins walk to the city centre.

There are excellent bus and train links into the city centre. Alternatively on a sunny day you can use the city bike’s located nearby. The nearest subway station is 10mins walk alongside the river Clyde. Our local supermarkets which include Morrison’s, Lidl and Tesco are within 15mins walk from the flat.

The flat is modern, warm and fully equipped. The room is ready to move in. It is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, large fitted wardrobe and own bathroom. The living room and kitchen are available to use anytime. All bills council tax, wifi are included.

I work way from from home Monday to Friday therefore weekend viewings are only available.
