Looking for a flatmate to share a very bright and fully furnished modern 2 bedroom flat in Anniesland, near West End. Includes private bathroom, shared living-room and kitchen (with all amenities), private car-park, double glazing, gas central heating, broadband, TV.

The flat is very close to Garscube campus, including the Vet School and Beatson Institute for Cancer Research, 15 min away from Anniesland train station, and 15 min from City Centre by train. Also there are few buses around. Morrisons, M&S and Aldi super-stores within walking distance. David Lloyd Gym is just across the road, and The Gym Glasgow Anniesland is in the area too.

To share with a friendly female Spanish vet, who just came back from a long trip. Looking for a young professional or mature student, tidy and responsible. Females preferable, but would consider males.

Rent is £300 pcm plus bills (around £125). Min 6 months preferable.
Available from beginning of February. A returnable deposit of one month rent is requested prior to moving in.
