Double part-furnished room available in Queens Park flat with creative freelancer. Available from 28th November. Close to Queens Park railway station and bus routes on Pollokshaws Road, 2minute train to city centre, 20minute cycle to west end. Plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants in walking
distance, as well as being right next to the park.

The flat is unfurnished but as a Long term tenant, I have bought furniture and utensils I am happy to share in the common areas, I just ask that they are treated with care.

Looking for someone chilled, considerate and respectful, who is used to sharing with others. This has been my long term home so I am looking for someone who is looking for a homely nourishing environment and
wants to add to this. This is not a party flat.

I sometimes work from home and use the living room for activities such as pilates, art and sharing film nights, meals or boardgames with flatmates and friends,
which you are welcome to do also.
