Room in quiet location close to transport and shop

Mon - Fri room available in quiet location. My house sits in a cul-de-sac approx. 1 mile from silverburn shopping centre. Bus stops nearby on main road. Handy for Paisley, airport and Glasgow.

Room has drawers and hanging space and looks out onto front.

I work long hours during the week so you might not see a lot of me.

I have a cat who pretty much does his own thing. He'snot allowed in the bedrooms and has a cat flap to get in and out.
I'm pretty easy going. I expect you to clean up your own mess especially in the kitchen and bathroom. Hope to find a polite, respectful lodger.
I've had professionals, contractors and students in the past so happy with short or long stays.
