There is a shared kitchen/living room. The other four guys are all post-graduates who are focused on their work. More information can be found on the Collegelands website.
I'm starting an internship in Germany for six months so I need someone to take over my tenancy. There are still 4 outstanding payments of £550 and a security deposit of £150. For 6 months, this comes out at ~£367 per month, much less than the price Collegelands advertises since most of the rent was paid upfront.
STUDENT ONLY (It's a student flat, this isn't my rule I can't make an exception)
