I have a large double room to rent out within a 2 bed flat on the first floor. The room comes with a bed, wardrobe, set of drawers and bed side cabinet for you to use with the option of a desk and shelves if you wish. The rest of the flat includes a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. There's also a driveway and small garden area (which I'm currently trying to make look like an actual garden).

The flat is North of the city and a 5 minute walk to a train station which is then less than 10 minutes into Queen Street Station. There's also a main road nearby which is on the #7 bus route, taking you straight into Central Station in 20 minutes therefore it's the ideal location if you work in the city centre. The street is in a quiet, residential area with a mix of families and older folks so not a party flat!

I'm a teacher so am out of the flat all week days. My evenings and weekends are spent in a mix of gym classes, out with friends or introverting in the flat.

The £500 pcm includes all bills. There is GCH and DG throughout as well as an electric shower. I don't have a TV but the wifi is really good so if you have Netflix or something similar you'll be set.

Apologies for the photos, they're not great. I'm currently decorating the whole place so it's a bit of a mess and I'm having to use old pictures. I'll update them as soon as I have new ones available.
