We are nearby (10 min stroll) train station to Glasgow 12mins. Bus stop on main Cumbernauld Rd is nearer with bus 38c to Glasgow Centre. We are very near the M80/M8 motorway network for commuting to Glasgow, Edinburgh ,Falkirk or Stirling.
There is a local gym, park, tennis courts, bowling club, pub, couple of coffee shops and nearby hotel with restaurant, all short walking distance.

We live at house to side of property. We have been letting place for several years and are not precious about our space
We are easy going and friendly. Effectively we d be like neighbours really.
Our family live locally and visit frequently.
