En-suite double room available

My current flatmate has taken a job outside of Glasgow and I am now looking to replace him. For the price, the flat is fairly spacious and well maintained. The room available is a double and has an en-suite. The kitchen and living area is shared and there is also a larger shared bathroom. The location is also very good - there are various supermarkets within walking distance including a 24 hour Tesco, it is just short a walk to the West End and the city centre is also in walking distance.

In regards to a potential flatmate, I'm looking for somebody that's easy to get along with and is willing to keep the space pretty clean and tidy.
