£425 per month, with all bills included - council tax, gas, electricity, broadband, Netflix and anything else I've forgotten.

Room is sizeable, has loads of storage space, and although it's not en-suite you would essentially have one of the two bathrooms in the flat to yourself.

Flat is well served by buses, and is a 20-25 minute walk from the underground, Byres Road and the University of Glasgow. You can also walk to the city centre, though as above buses take about 10 minutes.

The video is the view from the living room. Third floor flat, but has a lift. You can't really make it out on the video due to the trees, but there's a river running alongside the flat, you get the odd boat going past. The path next to it is quite a popular running and cycling route.

You would be living with a freelance journalist who will respect your own space but is also happy to take you for a drink or, if you're new to Glasgow, show you the city. Would be good to get a flatmate who is up for the odd Netflix binge.

The little dog in my profile photo - she will be staying here for a wee while, not sure how long for yet. She belongs to my previous flatmate, who due to covid can't come and collect her for some time. She's adorable though, you'll love her.
