Large double bedroom in cosy Southside flat

A large furnished bedroom with wooden floor available from the end of August in a cosy Southside flat.

The flat is fully furnished with a large kitchen (contains an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave etc), a reasonably sized entrance/hallway which we currently use as a living room/lounge, and a bathroom with a lovely walk-in shower.

The flat also has free on-street parking and is a 2 minute walk away from Kinning Park subway station.

There is a wee cat currently living in the property who is very friendly and house trained.

Bills/council tax total to less than £100 a month each.

I’m looking for a flatmate to replace my current flatmate who will be moving out in August at the earliest. I’d love to share with someone who is reliable, tidy and friendly.

I work Monday to Friday 9-5 so I’m out of the flat quite a lot during the day, but I don’t mind if you work/have uni etc at different hours.
