Seeking flatmate for large room in Pollokshields

Hello,

I am looking for someone to move in to my room from the middle of June in Pollokshields, Kenmure Street. It is a brilliant flat sharing with 2 of my friends that couldn't be more amazing to live with. One is a fashion designer I've lived with for nearly 3 years and the other moved in a couple of months ago and works at a local university.

Key facts:

- Massive 3 bedroom flat (you would also have the largest room)
- 5min walk from Pollokshields East station
- 1 bathroom with a bath and separate shower
- living room with 3 sofas plus dining table
- kitchen plus dining table with a 6 hob cooker
- shared garden outside
- close to queens park and maxwell park
- lots of great lunch/brunch/drinks spots close-by
- £295 pcm plus £265 deposit
- All bills and council tax is over and above

We are looking for professionals and we would prefer a female but would consider a couple or males.
