Looking for a flatmate to move in on the 17th June. The flat is fully furnished and close to the City Centre, as well as the West-End. Flatmate must be able to provide a guarantor and can keep things clean and tidy. The flat has great sized communal areas, as well as the larger bedroom being on offer. The bathroom includes a bath/shower unit and kitchen has fully fitted appliances, utensils and an extensive collection of mugs. The room itself can be decorated if you want to put your own touch on it.

Deposit is 1st months rent upfront + half of the holding fee (£50). Rent is £325 per month
Council Tax is £58.50 each
And around an additional £50 for Gas, Electricity and Internet.

As for me, i'm a Personal Trainer working in the city centre. I'm quite busy focussing on my career and i'm usually working from early in the morning to late at night. When i'm not home there is a big bundle of fluff called Baloo who loves everyone.
