Sunny, quiet one bedroom flat incl. council tax

I would like to rent out my flat from Middle of May until the End of September. It is very light, full of paintings and plants. There is no washing machine but two laundrettes around the corner. There is a park in front of the door and shops and restaurants nearby. The rent is 500 Pounds including council tax and you will have to top up electricity yourself. There should be enough credit for gas for over the summer, so mainly electricity. There is a smart meter which tells you whether topping up is needed, and a %pound emergency credit. The kitchen is basic. One hot plate, fridge and a very good convection/grill/microwave. Wifi is included and if you would care to water my plants once a week, that would be amazing, They are easy. don´t need a lot of care. There is also an extra futon/sofa, so up to four people would have space to sleep. My sister will drop by once a week to collect letters. If you are interested, drop me a line. :), Vanessa
