Double Room in House - All Bills Included

Please text or email rather than calling because I'm often driving so can't answer :) Also please note that the room is only available to rent for 2 months and will not be available any earlier than 1st September.

I'm looking to fill this room in my house for 2 months from 1st September to 1st November - it's a spacious fully furnished double room with double bed, bedside tables, large fitted mirrored wardrobes and a desk and chair too. There's also a garden you can relax in :)

Rent is £390 per month. ALL bills are included in the rent price - gas, electricity, council tax, unlimited WiFi, Sky+ etc. There are no additional costs on top of this. It is a set price for both professionals and students. The house is in a quiet & safe area about 5 miles from the city centre. There are regular and express buses into the city centre plus loads of parking space if you drive.

I'm a 32 year old female and I'm friendly and like a chat. Just looking for a nice, fairly normal person really! No smokers please. Would prefer a female in the 21-30s age range. Strictly no couples or pairs of friends sorry.

I have a little dog who is lots of fun and loves cuddles. She provides endless entertainment in the house. You must like dogs otherwise it wouldn't really work out sorry!
