Summer sublet: bright room in Govanhill

As I'll be travelling this summer from late june until early september, I'm looking to sublet my room in a top floor, two bedroom flat in Glasgow's South Side. The flat's on a quiet sidestreet of Allison St. and it's got central heating, double glazed windows and new carpet in two of the rooms.

The room itself is simple and bright, has a double bed, clothes rack, storage under the bed as well as a bicycle mount on the wall. It's facing the courtyard, so very quiet. There's also a living room, with bay windows, extendable dining table, a hi-fi system and a sofa. As we're on the third floor, the flat's nice and bright.

You'll be sharing the flat with a 27-year old Icelandic artist, who's working in sign painting and graphic design; she spends most of her time at her studio. It's an easygoing, lively household in my favourite neighbourhood of the city. There's a Lidl, Sainsbury's and Tesco in walking distance, and a bit farther south there's a 24/7 Asda.
